Delete from the app

If you are signed in, open Presence (home), scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account to remove your account and associated data from our systems, subject to any retention described in our Privacy Policy.

Request by email

You may also request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing us at support@in-element.com with the subject line Account and data deletion request.

Please include:

• The email address associated with your In-Element account (if you created one);
• A brief statement that you want your account and personal data deleted.

We will verify and process requests as required by applicable law. If we need more information to locate your account, we will reply to your message.
