Inner Element, LLC (“we,” “us”) operates In-Element: Balance (the “App”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App offers wellness-oriented experiences (for example, elemental profiles, suggested content, music, partner discovery, and optional AI-assisted features). The App is for general wellness and entertainment and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not a medical provider and users should not rely on the App for medical advice. Users agree that any actions taken as a result of suggestions in the App are at their own risk and we are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from such actions.

If you submit your email on our website to request access to Google Play closed testing, we store that email address, your consent, and basic technical information (such as browser user-agent) in our backend (Firebase) so we can add you as a tester in Google Play and contact you about the test. We use this list only to operate the test program unless we separately ask for broader marketing consent.

We do not sell your personal information as a standalone product. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the App at this time; if that changes, we will update this Policy.
Some features may generate text or suggestions using automated systems. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them for medical decisions. You are responsible for how you use generated content.
We use Google Firebase and related services (for example, Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage where used) to host accounts, store data, and run backend logic. Google processes data according to its terms and privacy policy:

We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing unless we describe that here and obtain consent where required.
We retain information as long as needed to provide the App and for legitimate business purposes (for example, security and legal compliance), unless a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion as described below; some information may persist in backups for a limited period.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain information, or to object or restrict certain processing.
You can delete your account and associated data we hold for that account directly in the App: from the Presence home screen, tap Delete account and confirm. You can also request help with deletion by contacting us at the email below.
To exercise these rights, contact support@in-element.com. We may need to verify your request. If you are in the EEA/UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California residents: You may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law as described in this Policy at this time.
The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
If you use the App from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy with a new effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
